Tool Developer is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Fylor mobile application. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.

Information Collection

1.1 Users agree that the Fylor APP automatically stores information generated by users in the process of using the Fylor APP and services, including but not limited to location information, equipment information and log information.

1.2 We may collect information about your device, including device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

1.3 We may collect information about your use of our services, such as the types of content you view or engage with, the features you use, the actions you take, and the time, frequency and duration of your activities.

Information Usage

2.1 Tool Developer will not provide or share user personal information to partners unless the partners process such information according to the instructions of the Tool Developer and follow the privacy protection policy of the Fylor APP and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

2.2 We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send you technical notices and support messages.

2.3 We may use your information to communicate with you about products, services, offers, and events, and provide news and information we think will be of interest to you.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

3.1 In the following cases, the Tool Developer may disclose the user’s personal information:

  1. obtain the user’s authorization beforehand;
  2. use the sharing function;
  3. according to the requirements of laws, regulations, legal procedures or mandatory requirements of government authorities;
  4. for the purpose of academic research or public interest, and do not contain any personal identification information;
  5. In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Tool Developer, such as finding, preventing and dealing with fraud or security problems;
  6. conforming to relevant service terms or use agreement;
  7. other purposes in favor of the common interests of Tool Developer and users.

3.2 We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy.

Data Security

4.1 Users agree that the Tool Developer will make every reasonable commercial effort to ensure the data storage security of users in the software and services. However, the Tool Developer does not provide full assurance in this regard, including but is not limited to the following situations:

4.1.1 Tool Developer is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of relevant data in this software and service;

4.1.2 Tool Developer has the right to determine the longest storage period of data for a single user in this software and service according to the actual situation, and to allocate the maximum storage space for data on the server. Users can backup the relevant data in this software and service according to their own needs.

4.1.3 If the user stops using the software and service or the service is terminated or cancelled, the Tool Developer can permanently delete the user’s data from the server. After service stops, terminates or cancels, the Tool Developer has no obligation to return any data to the user.

4.2 We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Third-Party Services

5.1 Some functions of this software may let the third party know the user’s information, such as user’s avatar, name and other publicly available personal data.

5.2 Our service may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these third-party services, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

5.3 We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes.

6.1 We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

6.2 When we no longer need your personal information, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable law.

7.1 Our service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7.2 If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as quickly as possible.

8.3 If you discover that the account has been illegally used by others, you shall immediately notify the Tool Developer. It is not excluded on the Internet that account and password are illegally used by others due to hacker behavior or user’s negligence of custody, which has nothing to do with Tool Developer.

9.1 Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country.

9.2 When we transfer your information internationally, we will take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

10.1 We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

10.2 We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
